Webinar: Digital Wellness @ Zartis, in collaboration with Kara Connect

It was wonderful to host a webinar for Zartis about Digital Wellness, in collaboration with Kara Connect.

In the webinar, we discussed a variety of topics related to digital wellness, but specifically:

  • The balance you have to find for your relationship with technology.

  • How easy it is to spend days (when calculated across a year) consuming media. For example, 1 hour a day adds up to 15 full days in a year! That is 15 full 24hours day/night days, not including sleep etc.

  • The importance of setting boundaries to feel in control of your emails and screen time.

  • Using your senses and body to make transitions between parts of the day.

It is my belief that companies of every size and industry should consider the impact of digital well-being on their employees, whether you’re a remote, hybrid or in-office company.

Digital Wellbeing is important for everyone.
