Who is Dr Tim?
Dr Tim van Wanrooij is a recognized leader in executive coaching and consulting, empowering organizations of all sizes and leaders at every level to unlock their full potential through a rigorous, research-informed approach. With an extensive background in Counselling Psychology and a proven record in addressing relationships, sexuality, mental health, and LGBTQAI+ issues, Dr Tim brings a uniquely data-driven and empathetic methodology to leadership development and organizational growth. His own diverse intersectional identity—being white (Dutch), queer/gay, cisgender, and neurodivergent (dyslexic)—deeply informs his inclusive, holistic approach to coaching.
